Short version: this site sets no cookies of its own. The only third-party tool is analytics, and it stays switched off until you allow it.

1. Who is responsible
T.J.Viking Entertainment, the operator of tjviking.com, is responsible for the data described on this page. You can get in touch through the contact links on the main page.

With analytics disabled, the page makes no third-party requests at all. All images, fonts, video and scripts are served from this site.
Your consent choice is stored as “strictly necessary” information — it exists only to remember your decision, so it does not need consent itself.
3. Analytics
When enabled, the page loads the Ahrefs Web Analytics script. Ahrefs describes this tool as cookie-free, with no personal data collected and no cross-site or cross-device tracking. The statistics are aggregated, so I see how many people opened a page or clicked a clip — not who they are.
Turning analytics off stops the script from loading on your next visit. Within the current session a script that has already started cannot be unloaded by the page; reload the page after changing your choice if you want to be certain.
4. Affiliate links
Links to stock marketplaces (Shutterstock, Pond5, Motion Elements, VideoHive, Adobe Stock, Dreamstime, 123RF, Gumroad, ArtStation) are affiliate links: if you license a clip after clicking one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
These links point straight to the marketplace. They set nothing on this site. Once you arrive, the marketplace may store its own cookies or similar data under its own privacy policy, which I do not control.
5. Legal bases
- Analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is optional and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Remembering your choice — strictly necessary to provide the service you requested, i.e. respecting your preference.
- Server logs — if your hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested file), that is handled by the provider for security and reliability.
6. Your choices and rights
You can change or withdraw consent whenever you like using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the main page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that happened before it.
You also have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland: the President of UODO).
Note: this button clears the saved choice and returns you to the main page, where the consent banner appears again.
7. Changes to this policy
If the tools used on this site change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes that require a new decision will trigger the consent banner again.
